I offer online plus in person one to one therapy to adolescents to people in 60s

CONSULTATION / ASSESSMENT

Purpose of assessment is the collection of information in order to identify analyse, evaluate and address the problems, issues, and circumstances of clients in counseling relationship. It is a process which takes 4-6 sessions to come up with a well-evaluated assessment.

INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING

Individual counseling is a resource for people who struggle with mental health issues. For instance, anxiety, depression, OCD (obsessive-compulsive disorder) and relationship difficulties, etc. People can learn to cope with stress, interpersonal issues, grieve, anger management and low self-esteem throughout the journey of counseling, in person or online Counseling brings awareness to our raw emotions and deep-rooted inner wounds shaping ourselves.

COUPLES COUNSELING

It provides a neutral confidential space for couples to explore the difficulties in a relationship which results from a lack of communication. working with a relationship-counselor helps couples to step back and see themselves and other party from another perspective.
